Let's Read Together: The Fantastic Flying Books of Mr. Morris Lessmore

The students will experience new medium for reading using the augmented reality app on tablets together with the print picture book.

The Fantastic Flying Books of Mr. Morris Lessmore / Fantastične leteće knjige g. Morrisa Lessmorea by William Joyce is a story a about the love for books and the power of books, and the people who love to read them, with the animation sequences and the interactive elements. The  augmented reality app, created as a companion to the print book, brings the story to life and emphasizes the joy of reading. Viewed through the screen, the pages with illustrations appear to come «alive»: characters move, books fly off the page and whisper their lines aloud, and two-dimensional images become three-dimensional. The reading is organized on the occasion of the Croatian Book Month with the slogan Čitam 100 na sat! (I read 100 kilometers an hour!)
